Order Processing & Dispatch

• Fast Dispatch: Orders are usually dispatched the same or next business day from NSW, Australia.
• Busy Periods: During sales and peak periods, dispatch may take 1 to 3 business days.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

• Standard Shipping: Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
• Custom Shipping Quotes: If the shipping cost doesn't look right or you'd like to combine multiple items into one shipment, please contact us before placing your order.

Important Information

• Check Your Address: Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. We cannot change shipping details once your order has been handed to the courier.
• Damaged Deliveries: If your order arrives damaged:

1.       Contact us within 24 hours of delivery at hello@mycoastalcollection.com.au.

2.      Include your order number and photos of the damage, along with the original packaging.

3.      Keep all packaging until we have reviewed your claim.
